YUCK! Wrote a long blog and computer shut me down----
I will just have to skim over and hit the high notes....
I'm on track to hit my goals this week
1- Being aware of my hunger and fullness cues---ongoing-- remind myself EVERY DAY.
2- Workout everyday--doing it!
3-Hitting my mileage goal for the week-well on my way!
4-Drinking tons of water---doing it!
Some other time I will write about my FitBit #'s .
