Motivation....

Thursday, February 07, 2013

Motivation is an awesome tool to have when you decide to take a stand against your weight. When motivated, you work hard and feel focused and ready to take on the world. Personally, I do better when I have "visual" motivation. Earlier today I was looking around on Pinterest and found a really cool "visual".

I went out to my local Dollar Tree and bought the supplies to make my own personal version. I will post photos once I have it completed. But it looks like a fun way to keep up with weight lost and it's a very cool visual to have around.

I love the idea. I built a pile of weights the represented the weight I lost. The heaviness of the weights was a reminder of what I did to my body.

Good for you! I took paperclips and strung them together. I remove one for every pound. That way the paper clips don't take up a lot of room and they go in a jar when I'm done.

I look forward to seeing yours. I think it will help. Just stay with it.
    I didn't emoticon

You have given me the incentive to get back to it though! Thanks
