I've gotten off plan with all the stress I had last month.
I need to get to the market for some fresh veggies and fruit.
It is much easier to eat right when the healthy ingredients are in the home.
I will get back on track.

    So true! emoticon I'll be doing the same and making another attempt to clean up my attitude along with my pantry and refrigerator! Maybe falling off track is a good thing; it helps you to see how far you have come and what you don't want to go back to!! emoticon

    Yes, we try to keep fruits and veggies in the house to snack on. Cutting up broccoli, baby carrots, etc. are great to snack on.
