I've gotten off plan with all the stress I had last month.
I need to get to the market for some fresh veggies and fruit.
It is much easier to eat right when the healthy ingredients are in the home.
I will get back on track.

    Yes, we try to keep fruits and veggies in the house to snack on. Cutting up broccoli, baby carrots, etc. are great to snack on.
