Well i really binged bad today and I regret it . I just could not stop myself. I kept up with logging my consumption but it was horrificly bad. I just am going to put it behind me and start my plan over , that is all I can do.
Yep and the food tracker should help ........ I know when I do, it is an eye opener and don't want to put those huge calorie things on it ..... so good way to ..... Just keep on going like you say! 1717 days ago
