“Just for Me” 2013 February Challenge—Day 6 Today, I did strength training for my body. It felt great during the exercise and I think I will feel the effects on tomorrow. Strength training is exercising with the goal of increasing our physical strength while building muscle, burning fat, improving our health and building character through our sacrifice to just do it. "Just for me" 1 Cor. 16:2). As all of God’s commands are given to enhance our lives, obeying this command will increase our happiness.
