Well I didn't do great tonight on my weigh in. I gained 2lbs so I really need to work harder next week. They told us how to read the labels on products tonight at our healthy wellnes group. It was a real interesting topic. I learned alot about what the percentages on the boxes meant and learned what to look for to keep healthy. Glad I went.
