Zumba and Coach Nicole's Tone and Burn routine.

Got extra water in.
Stayed in all my caloric intake ranges except for sodium.

Thinking that I need to take up archery again... my arms could use the extra toning.

    Archery sounds fun. Maybe when I retire that would be another good and fun exercise to make me just get up and do something. I already enjoy hooping, and jump roping.

    Archery is amazing! I shoot a 37# recurve and absolutely love it! Sadly, I don't get to go out much during the winter, but when it's nice out, there's a range right down the street from me on the lake. I suppose I could go to the indoor range nearest me, but I'm super broke, so I will content myself for now by living vicariously through you. Have fun!
