Well even with a sore arm, I've still managed to get some exercise in. Yesterday we did some swimming...ok when I say we, I mean I kinda did some aerobic leg work, but didn't move my right arm much...lol Today we went to the gym and cause my arm still was sore, I just did the treadmill while DH did the strength routine. Tomorrow I think we might just do the cardio/treadmill and some swimming, after my yogalates of course...lol
Food hasn't been the greatest lately. Seems like alot of salty foods, and a bit over my limits on a couple days this week so far. Running low on fruits and veges and kinda missing them. But with both of us unemployed it's a tricky budget right now.
Anyways, hope all this hard work yields good results this coming weigh in, but need to watch my foods better as well.
