Weigh in day 181.6, up 1.6 from last week. But, I'm not giving up. Sometimes it takes a while for weight loss to show up. My motivation is still high. Eating is good, and so is exercise. I stayed i n my calorie range today & played racquetball for 30 min. which was so fun.
