Weigh in day 181.6, up 1.6 from last week. But, I'm not giving up. Sometimes it takes a while for weight loss to show up. My motivation is still high. Eating is good, and so is exercise. I stayed i n my calorie range today & played racquetball for 30 min. which was so fun.

    Sometimes it seems to take our bodies awhile to catch up with all we are doing. I'm glad your motivation is high. The scale is only a tiny part of this healthy lifestyle.

The scale isn't the only way to measure your success - body measurements, strength (muscle weighs more than fat, remember), and just how great you feel! emoticon
