I am getting a little bit worried about my weigh in tomorrow for the biggest loser contest at work. The reason i am worried is i been trying my best this week to eat right and work out, i been doing zumba class on tueday for an hour and going to the gym the other days. But i dont feel like i lost any weight. The couple weeks that i weigh in i have lost weight, Its been between 1 to 2 pds a week. I am really trying to get to 150 By the end of this month. I am right now at 154.2. I have to see what the scale says tomorrow and i am very worried that i might have gain weight and i really hope i didnt. I will blog tomorrow about my weight lost.
