I am getting a little bit worried about my weigh in tomorrow for the biggest loser contest at work. The reason i am worried is i been trying my best this week to eat right and work out, i been doing zumba class on tueday for an hour and going to the gym the other days. But i dont feel like i lost any weight. The couple weeks that i weigh in i have lost weight, Its been between 1 to 2 pds a week. I am really trying to get to 150 By the end of this month. I am right now at 154.2. I have to see what the scale says tomorrow and i am very worried that i might have gain weight and i really hope i didnt. I will blog tomorrow about my weight lost. Wish me luck!!!

    Good luck! Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat and that you may be losing in other ways such as inches.
