Reminds me of the "Slowest Loser" blogs I've read. We all want to torch the fat off as quickly as we can, but....most of the time a long, slow loss is really better. And, of course...we don't have 'legs to run' until we do a lot of walking miles to build ourselves up so we can continue to find challenges so that we might grow & evolve.

Had a great day - it was pretty busy tho! Finally all of the snow & ice is melted off the big hill and I could drive the bus up here. It'll make life SO much easier!! Right now it's very sloppy & muddy with the big melt off. Pretty much a big mess. It's supposed to rain tomorrow. Went into the woods for a good cardio hike with Jetta this morning while everything was still frozen so she wouldn't be mud from head to toe. Mileage today: 9.25 mi.
