I just got back from a 2 week long business trip where we ate rich food and drank more than I'm used to, which doesn't take much. After finally getting settled in some, I finally weighed myself, and discovered over the 2 weeks I had put on 5 pounds! I couldn't believe I had gained 5 lbs just from 2 weeks, but it was true. I've decided that I'm not going to do this anymore... I'm tired of my clothes fitting tighter and having to go up a size while I'm shopping.
While my boyfriend and I were out on a walk, we decided that this is it, we're done letting ourselves go. We've made a plan to start going for a walk every day, and hopefully in a couple of weeks we'll be up to jogging, at least a little bit. I have to go to the grocery store, but otherwise I think we're finally doing this.
