1st Week is almost complete

The first week of my new fitness routine is almost over. The good news is that instead of dreading the idea of hitting the gym tomorrow I am looking forward to it. I look forward to feeling great and the pride I have felt as I pack up my belongings and leave the gym. The bad news is that I also feel like I have been here before. I have been on the road to a healthy lifestyle before but become complacent somewhere along the way and slowly fell back on bad habits. I am really hoping that the difference will be making a commitment to daily exercise rather than trying a flexible schedule of 3 times a week.
