Only 4 hrs of sleep, so 55 minutes of exercise was about all I could do. Walked .5 mile in the pool today... belly exercises. We joined the local biggest loser... I am motivated, but not losing weight now. I wait - to lose weight! LOL

    I've read that loss of sleep contributes to weight gain so maybe that's what's going on. You should be proud of the fact that you exercised even if it wasn't for as long as you would have liked. I think 55 minutes is a lot. I do a mile on a walking DVD and it only takes 15 minutes so I guess it all depends upon how you look at it. emoticon
