Today was a successful day. I decided that I would detox sugar/junk food from my system for the next 2 weeks. Today I passed up what looked to be (and were raved to be) the BEST peanut butter cookies. I was starving when I got home and I munched on the brussels as they were cooking and I served up a healthy serving along with a half a sweet potato and a chicken breast. I indulged on 1 serving of dried mangos. I am pleasantly full and ending my day a 1440 calories. I would guess this is an easy 1000 calories less than what I've been eating...and maybe a whole 1500-2000 less depending on the day.
I am looking forward to day 2!
