Today was a very blah day. Got everything so far taken care of at work. Today actually was slow enough that I got caught up and was actually able to eat breakfast, my mid morning snack, and lunch! Woohoo! So nothing new or exciting today. Day 4 out 6. Tomorrow is my longest and probably most stressful day, so I need positive thoughts my way.
Workout went good tonight. Wasn't into it, but I broke a good sweat and did it so that is a plus!
Edit: I did forget to mention that I am doing my weigh in tomorrow. I am crossing my fingers that I an in the 180's. I don't care if that scale says 189.9, I will be happy!
