Do It Even When You Don't Feel Like It

Today, I was exhausted from work. However, today was my scheduled workout day! So, I put that workout DVD in after walking my dog and did my workout anyway! I felt great afterwards! Les Mills' Combat is an awesome workout. I did Combat 30 Kick Start. I feel so empowered with the kicks and with those punches!
Then, today is day #4 with my clean eating! I'm so proud of myself! I have been staying within my calorie intake! I still need to work on increasing my fiber intake, which should be 25-35 grams! I have been trending around 21 grams! Ugh! But, I will do my best to get at least 25 grams. But, I've been eating over 100 grams of protein, which has typically been in the low range before I started my eat clean lifestyle.
However, I have to figure out what I'm going to do with my chocolate cravings. Today, I wanted some chocolate. I have to see what I can eat when this craving comes. I know dark chocolate has health benefits with the antioxidants. But, I don't like the taste of dark chocolate. It's too bitter to me! I'll figure it out!
Tonight, I'm glad I worked out! Throughout the day, I'm glad I ate well! I cannot wait until my weigh-in on Saturday to see how these changes have panned out!
