Weekly weigh-ins

I think I am going to go back to weighing in on Tuesday, instead of every day. I was back up to 212.6 today, and I would rather lose 1-2 lbs at a time, than fractions. Just makes my weight loss seem slow. My goal for Tuesday is 211.0 I think 1.6 lbs is attainable.

Today was pretty good. I didn't sleep much last night. I read Fire Season by John Loomis, and now I am half done with Daniel X by James Patterson. So I got 2-3 hours of sleep, and then woke up and did dishes, cooked all my meals, and Sparked.

My friend came to pick me up this afternoon, and we went to the gym. It is a lot less boring having her to talk to while on the treadmill. Seemed like it didn't take so long to get done. Afterwards I slept for a few hours, which I needed.

Tonight, I have Big Bang Theory, and Elementary to watch. I haven't seen this week's C.S.I., but the second half is on C.S.I. N.Y., so I figure I'll watch them back to back, once they are both recorded.

Not much going on. Just waiting for Spring..lol. Hope you had a wonderful day.

    Hope spring comes soon. i have liked the weekly weigh ins. i still weigh daily but I think taking the week as a whole smoothes out the ups and downs
