Day 69-My first 5k is scheduled!

I had an excellent leg workout with my trainer today! I believe that was THE most I have ever sweated in a single workout with him. I did it all! Only cussed a few times:-)

It's one thing to be proud of yourself for working so hard but it is very nice to hear from someone who can also see it. My trainer is very proud of my hard work, dedication and progress. Now we are going to gear up for my race.

I've registered for my first 5k! It will be on March 24th. My goal is to just finish without stopping. I'm sure my trainer would like me to not be last so will start working on time!

    Nothing is cooler than finishing your first race! I am faster and more experienced now, but I still remember my first race at some point during every race since then.
