Still alive

Just a quick blog to check in and say I'm still alive. Can't do any cardio and strength training is boring to me, so I am definitely not enjoying myself right now. Feels so much better to be RUNNING!! I am not going to weigh myself until the end of this month. I know that JUST healthy eating is not going to give me the same results I had last month and I don't want to discourage myself more by seeing numbers that confirm it. Hopefully I'll just be in for a surprise. I have not lost my motivation by any means, but running was a big driving force for me and I can't wait to be back at it.

I just got a call from my doctor today that the xray results are in for my knee and he wants to discuss them with me. I won't be able to see him until Tuesday, so I am pretty disappointed with that, especially since he said "no news is good news".
Better, I suppose, that I recognized something wrong right away before it got too bad to deal with. Tuesday is a long ways away.. hello resistance bands.. you'll have to do for now.

    Hopefully your news on Tuesday won't be too bad. Good for you, staying on track with nutrition even though you're sidelined in exercise. emoticon

    I will be thinking of you! Just keep yourself on track with eating right and getting lots of water. Hopefully after Tuesday you can get back on track and still have your motivation in full gear! Good Luck emoticon
