Slowly making progress. SLOWLY, but progress.
I have not gotten on the scale because it just upsets me. BUT, I did measure myself and pants feeling more comfortable.
Started my C25k two weeks ago and making progress. It is all coming back to me why I used to like to jog. Slowly, I am building my speed and distance. Not an over night thing, but everyday I feel like I WANT to get on the treadmill and not HAVE to get on it. Signed up for a 5k that will be May 11. SO, I have an official goal to meet.
Eating a lot better. Tracking less, need to get back on that. My boss just lost 10 pounds on Medical Weightloss. I was jealous, but I just can NOT live on carrots and what ever the heck it is that she drinks every day. I will do it in my own time. I feel good about what I am doing and not that I HAVE to do it. I think I can keep this up for a lot longer than before.
