well i have messed up again!

I have not been tracking my food or even trying to watch what I eat. I have not even tried to get a little exercise in! Thus is not a good thing. Hopefully I will get back on track when I get back on track with my meds! Hope you all have a good night!

    What are the reasons you want to be healthy?................Remember...
.........Motivation doesn't just appear. It takes a lot of work and determination. But it's worth it. You'll see. Don't be overwhelmed, making small changes eventually turn into grand leaps. Good Luck!
