Since January 3rd I've done really well with staying away from sugar. I've allowed myself 2 trips to Starbucks, and have only eaten fruit for sweet treats. Today I cleaned a friend's house, and before they left they told me to please take the box of Krispy Kreme from the fridge home with me.

I should've just thrown them away!!! I took the box, and wouldnt ya know...my kids didnt like the kind of doughnuts in the box...I should've just thrown them away!!! So I ate a doughnut. Then after dinner I cut out the part with cream of 5 doughnuts and ate that. Like I said...I should've just thrown them away

BEFORE I had the chance to eat any. I threw the rest away. I ate a total of about 4 doughnuts...good thing I've increased my cardio!!!!!! Looking on the bright side...I've lost 15 pounds since January 3rd, and I learned something about myself today
