It's been a while since I blogged, at one point I was so sick, I was over ate my calories in chicken noodle soup. But I got back on track for a couple days. Now I am on a mini vacation with my family and mom's friends. So I am not entirely able to keep calorie count but I am totally watching the portions....
I am getting a little more fit as I can walk a mile a bit easier now.

    Vacations are for maintaining not losing. I am going to Jamaica in April and my friend asked me if I was going to exercise whilst there. I said, "YOU BET! I want to eat!" I have made a plan to stick to the healthiest choices but to maintain and not try to lose.

Way to go! You can do it!
