I post something about it here to motivate myself! There we go. Now that it's in writing, I've got to do it.

Ever have days like this? What do you do to talk yourself into working out when it seems like the last thing you really want to do?

    All the time, especially when I get to bed early but I get up and do it and always feel good about it after. Sometimes I have to remind myself of my goals and that I hate having to do it in the evenings.

  Thanks for your replies, all! I just kept telling myself I could quit after the next five minutes, and before I knew it, I'd put in 30. I hope each of you had a good workout day as well. emoticon

    I have very ambitious yearly goals for exercise minutes so I tell myself I don't even care if its only 5 minutes... I have to log something. Then when I start it always turns into much more than 5 minutes :)

    emoticon I usually go to work. After helping someone who cannot even Brush Their Teeth without assistance, you can't keep me away from my Workout!!

Seriously, I do have days like that. If I can just take the first steps, I don't mind it once I get going. And I always feel better when I am done than before when I am stressing and arguing with myself about not doing it.
