I feel like a failure today. I (most likely) went way over my caloric limit for the day. I was just so hungry-I couldn't figure out how to feel satiated. I guess there was one small achievement though. I was REALLY craving Chinese for lunch but I forced myself to go directly home and eat my Lean Cuisine meal. After that triumph though, I just couldn't get full so I ate more than I should've. What do you do when those days happen? Personally, I feel bad.
