Fitbit anyone?

I'm really thinking about getting a fitbit! I went and checked out the start user group and there were a lot of members and lots of folks who said customer service was bad.
Do you have a fitbit or a similar product? How is it working for you?

    I have the fitbit zip and I love it. I put it on first thing in the morning and take it off when I climb into bed at night. I love the way it has a graph that shows when you're taking your steps during the day. I also like that it syncs to Sparkpeople - I use that to keep track of steps, not necessarily fitness minutes. I can't speak to customer service as I have not had to use it, but I really don't have any complaints.

    I just bought a fitbit one last week and I LOVE it! I haven't had any problems with it at all. Like Jessbond, I wear it 24 hours a day. They are supposed to be waterproof but I don't risk it!

It is really helping me get my fitness level up. I've started parking way far from the door in parking lots to get more steps in. The sleep tracker is great, too, and helping me realize that I really need to get more sleep.

    I have a fitbit scale and a fitbit one tracker! I use them everyday and so far had no problems with it, so never needed costumer service. I use the tracker on my bra to track steps, stairs, distance.... And I even sleep with it at night to track how well I sleep.
The wifi scale they have is also awesome. Both of them send the info directly to Spark People, so it makes it easy to track weight and fitness.
So far, I'm a very happy costumer and I enjoy seeing my numbers!
