Weight loss this week = +1.4lbs
Total loss so far = 7.1lbs
So there are now 21 weeks left, 28lbs to goal = 1.3lbs per week
I knew I was gonna gain a little this week, went out Monday night, ate crap all of Tues! Have done lots of walking with my new Fitbit, but I had 2 days where I hardly moved.
Onwards and downwards to next week!
