My results

Weight loss this week = +1.4lbs
Total loss so far = 7.1lbs

So there are now 21 weeks left, 28lbs to goal = 1.3lbs per week

I knew I was gonna gain a little this week, went out Monday night, ate crap all of Tues! Have done lots of walking with my new Fitbit, but I had 2 days where I hardly moved.
Onwards and downwards to next week!

    Yep, acknowledge what you did last week and where you can improve this week and move on. TOTALLY the right attitude. Chances are, that weight you gained last week will come off pretty quickly. And an average of 1.3 loss per week is completely doable. emoticon
