Progress, Projects, Procrastination...

I'd honestly prefer the latter. Progress: I'm down a bra size, I needed a new size because the band was too long around my slightly more narrow self. I hit 25 pounds lost and topped it with 1 more. Only 20 pounds away from 200! I am slowly gaining more energy and stamina I went 45 minutes on the bike this morning, ran loads of errands and I've got 20 minutes of toning to do tonight. I don't feel dead tired...yet.

Projects: It's getting about that time to start making the preparations for spring. Decided what goes in which flower bed, attempting to map out where I will plant things in the garden, preparing for a new batch of baby birds to replace the lost ducks from last year, and going around to mend the fence to get ready for a couple of meat goats.

Procrastination? Yes, just thinking about everything that needs done in the next month or so makes me wants to curl up and hide. If I'm dreading these things so much why do them? It's just the way of life. I grew up doing it on a much larger scale and this is my miniaturized version of small farm projects.

So, if I seem sparse...I'm still alive but, too busy to feel like it. Well, time to do up the dishes and cook some dinner. Grilled veggies on the George and kc strip steaks. Funny how you can afford steak when you realize the average one is two or more servings.

    How much you are doing is amazing! And you are dropping pounds! You are making progress, that's certain, and your projects sound very interesting to a person who lives in a subdivision, and you are entitled to procrastinate a little. After all, it's February and still winter. Thanks so much for sharing. The best to you!

    Congrats on the reduction. Hitting two-hundred is an awesome goal; you'll feel sooooo proud when you get there. Isn't strange how we're all obsessed with hitting specific numbers? Getting to 199.9, then 189.9... But it feels so good! Keep on keeping on. It sounds like you've got this. :D
