Busy bee

Hey there everybody! Sorry ive been gone so long. I have been working my tail off at work. This week i will have worked 51.5 hours. I am Pooped! But guess what? I am being active all day and the dinner i eat every night is planned out by a nutritionist and is messured! un fortunatly i dont always have the calorie contents for the items im eating though, but the good news is im burning over 2000 calories per day doing what im doing. more when im working a 15-16 hour shift. (About once a week) Im a caregiver and indepenting living trainer. I help mentally and physically disabled adults live their lives in the most independent way possible. I am always on my feet moving around changing people helping cook dinner doing their physical thearapy exersices. When i get home i know ive done a good job because i hurt. I get in the shower and just sit there in the nice hot water. i feel amazing afterward. No quotes today guys sorry. I just wanted an update since its been awhile. I will try to get on tomorrow morning before work and get some qoutes for you guys.

    Wow! That's awesome. I used to work a hospital, and I'd run around all day, getting charts, running notes, and I wore a pedometer and easily did over 10,000 steps a day. Now, I work a desk job (insert depressing music here) and it's hard to get back into moving. I try to take walks a lot, though.
