How much and how often will you exercise?

I will walk at least 3 miles daily.
MWFSa are power walking days 4 mph +
TThSu are Friend walking days when I walk with a good friend or my DH slow enough to be able to chat and share thoughts
Tuesdays are Venyassa Yoga days

What diet will you follow?

I will follow the healthy diet I have commited to since I changed to healthy life style back in spring of 2010.
* Fish at least once a week
* No more white grains or rice
* 4-5 mega servings of freggies everyday
* At least 64 oz of water everyday

Do you know how to connect with your team mates?

On my Team page I will record my daily exercise and Living the Good Life Points, and on Tuesday I will weigh in and record it for the following Saturday. I will check in with my team daily and leave a comment on the Discussion Board. I will read and comment on blogs as I have time. I commit to being a good Teddy Bear Team leader.
