Weigh in part duex

This will be short and sweet adjusting my weigh in day from Tuesday to Thursday as it just makes better sense with my schedule. I am down .6 from Tuesday. all in all not bad. Going to get in some good cardio tonight so hopefully by next Thursday the rest of the superbowl week gain will be gone! later Sparkies!

Starting weight 380 lbs
week 5 weight 275 lbs
week 5 weight 274.4 lbs
Difference -.6 lbs
Total weight lost 105.6 lbs
lbs to goal 24.4 lbs

    I'd take that .6 any day. If you do that 10 times, that's 6 pounds and who doesn't want that. Keep progressing!

Just keep focused on the next weigh in. Most of the temptation holidays are behind us ( including Super Bowl..lol ). Time to get ready for summer!
