Most know I really love to cook and try new recipes....
Yesterday we went to the Home and Garden show, wow lots to see, we watched several cooking demo, and even tasted a vegetable juice drink, very good BTW...it was a vita mix blender thing I have wanted one for many years, but mostly the price is high and not sure how much I would use one....I am not a smoothie or juice drinker....I like to say I eat whole foods and not drink my calories....

We watched the waterless cook ware show too...pretty impressive and wow the veggies tasted so good, so much flavor with out any butter or added fats....
They have a hefty price tag too, but much to my surprised DH offered to buy a set, I got to pick out several pots and pans....he picked a set of sauté' pans that were fantastic....(he does like to cook too and does it at times) I can so excited to see what I can make healthy and tasty as well... they are shipped in 10 days so for now I have to read the book and see how you use them, they have a little valve on the lids so when it gets at the right temp, the rock and you turn them and turn off the heat..
it will be a new experience for me, but one i am looking forward too...

I did very good while there, they had so much food, lots of samples but i had just the small juice sample and then we decided to eat when were done looking at a restaurant where we could get some thing a bit more healthy....it was a fun day and I walked over 20 thousand steps.....

well it's almost the week end again....so have a healthy one....
