Feb. 2nd Belly starts hurting again, back on antibiotics
Feb. 7th Medical consult about blister...antibiotics "should" clear it up

Ugh!!! I am beginning to grow tired of this. I haven't been able to use the gym-boss a single time, I am doing well to just keep walking. Nothing tastes right so, I just keep on eating hoping to find something that tastes good. Even water stinks and I've been drinking sodas. I'm not sure that just going back on antibiotics is the proper thing to do with post-surgery pain...the US dr. warned that there could be complications, but she said normally 2-3 weeks following surgery, I'm past that.

Maybe I'm just homesick. Maybe I'm really sick. All I know is, I'm wrecking my diet, I can't really exercise and I'm a little nervous about the quality of medical care I am receiving.

DH is being very supportive. That's a good thing. So, here is the plan. At the end of the antibiotics if I still have belly pain and/or the bug bite blister hasn't healed, I'm going to head to one of the hospitals and HOPE to find another dr. who can calm my nerves and help me get well. Back away from the sodas as much as possible, but I know I'll have to find some way to get water down and almost want to vomit just thinking about it. Keep doing what walking I can handle and PRAY for a quick turn-around.

Getting old sucks, old and sick REALLY sucks.
