Well for two days in a row i have eaten breakfast so that is good. I have not gotten up on time yeat but progress is progress. Anyway What i love about myself is My heart.
I know sometimes eating breakfast and fitting it in is difficult-
I buy the EAS brand "Carb Control" shakes- they have no sugar, taste good, have tons of vitamins, lots of protein to start your day. Also I may grab a low fat cheese stick or yogurt with it or sometimes a 90 calorie Fiber one bar.
They sell those shakes at Walmart, Meijers, Walgreens and GNC. They aren't very expensive. I get the chocolate flavor.
