I've been at this for a year now. I journal my calories although I've started to ease up on that a bit because I'm afraid to lose too much more weight. I still want to get to 140 for sure and today weighed in at 144.4 so I'm close. This time of year is hard to stay motivated because the weather really sucks...haha. This morning there was freezing rain and now it's snowing. Good thing I started doing Coach Nicole's 28 day bootcamp workout dvd. I did 62 minutes this morning which burns about the same calories as walking Bella for 90 minutes plus I work up a sweat and tone. I would have done both dvd and walk today but the weather didn't allow it. Really can't wait for nicer weather this winter stuff is getting old. Oh well I can work on my crochet project since there isn't anything else to do. Anyway, I'm very happy that I stuck to my plan for a year now and don't ever plan to quit. Spark Coach helps alot too. It provides that little bit of encougement I need to stay on track.
