OK so been eating healthy for 6 weeks now. I am down 13 lbs. I guess that is good. it is 2.17 per week. I am just tired. I work as an accounting controller and end of year closing has been this week after all of the W-2 and 1099s. I know this might be Greek to some but to me it is what I love to do but adding back exercise to my daily routine as well has been challenging. It does have benefits of relaxing and feeling not so bloated lol. Todays 100 reasons to exercise is really good. I recommend reading it. I know it helped me. Ok on ward I go!!! Thanks for listening.
