So, my last few weigh-ins have been below my first milestone! That's 5kg down, of 20. My promised treat is a cycling weekend - so I got to planning. Now, the route I want will happily stretch to 3 or 4 days, unless stupidly ambitious 9-hour days are included, and BF won't play ball with that! So two weekends it is, one based around staying at the St Abbs Woolfish knitting heaven B&B www.woolfish.co.uk/
, and one across the Scottish Borders and 2 SYHA hostels to Berwick. Now must find a weekend or two!
