I started back at this a month ago and was going great. I noticed however that the habits that triggered me to eating had come back and those roots were pretty deep. While I made my coffee I used to focus on what to eat and form a plan. But I recognize now like I did six years ago that the coffee itself is a trigger---I drink it and need carbs ---so I gave up the coffee---and now I can't make a time for the plan---I have to think up a new strategy. It seems obvious to just switch to tea but something is holding me back--need to meditate on that awhile.
