30-day Challenge: Day Five AM

Yesterday was crazy busy. With my 9 AM crossfit workout, walking Toby, finishing my Cyberlaw presentation, walking Nana & Toto, and then class from 4 PM – 9 PM! Luckily, I prepped my lunch and snacks so I did NOT cheat. I’m very proud of that because I thought I might give in with the busy schedule.

Lunch
1/4 cup quinoa with 2 eggs over easy

Snack
Almonds (1 oz, or 24 nuts)
1 Star fruit
Spring Mix Salad with Kiwi, Blueberries, and Cashews. 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Dinner
T-Bone with 2 over easy eggs

Crossfit has been kicking my butt lately; however, after learning the various weighted squats I know that this is just the beginning!

I have noticed more energy, my face is clearing up (I get”stress acne” all the time), and my stomach feels less bloated. The morning I woke up not feeling hungry with was absolutely amazing! Oh, and guess how my weight has changed since removing all that processed junk….

Starting weight (2/1): 136.6

Today (2/5): 131.2
5.4 lbs lost!

And I know that I’m actually gaining muscle, too, so I’m even more ecstatic about that number… cannot wait to do measurements at the end of the week!
