I did my measurements today (being the first metrics day of the month) and seeing as I've lost another 6.5" from last month (and had the NSV of fitting into size 10 jeans last week), decided that I am indeed going to take February off from weighing-in. In the closet the scale goes. See you March 1 for my one-year-new-lifestyle-journey anniversary! Measurements from areas that changed:
Waist: -0.5" (Total -9.5")
Hips: -1" (Total -11")
Thigh: -2.5" O_o (Total -5" -- guess squats and lunges work)
Upper arm: -0.5" (Total -6"!)
Calf: -0.5" (Total -5")
Bra band area: -0.5" (Total -7.5")
Above waist: -1" (Total -8")
These were just the ones that changed this month. Next month, I'll have a full summary.
I almost can't believe it's been nearly a year. Until I look in my closet and don't see anything I used to own.
Total of 53" lost from the areas I track. Unbelievable. 60 pounds so far, gone. I was honestly hoping it would be more by the time a year rolled around, but I have to remember that my total lost from my highest (recorded) weight is 93 pounds. So I gotta chill. Because this is me:
