3 accomplishments

Today SparkCoach suggested I write down three accomplishments to keep a positive attitude. He said that often we tend to focus on the negative. Here are my recent accomplishments:

1. I completed a long application process for a scholarship to a retreat that I would love to go to this summer! Wish me luck!!!
2. My New Year Resolution was to be regular with a fitness routine besides my regular walking. I completed the January Jump Start here on Sparkpeople and I am now doing Coach Nicole's Body Sculpt DVD...March will be the 28 day Boot camp.
3. I have finally gotten past a plateau!
