I'm feeling pretty good right now, I just got off my treadmill (that has been a holder for "crap" in our basement since November) and I did a 45 minute workout, I managed to keep my speed just under 3. I think at my fastest I was doing 3.5 so I'd say I did a pretty good job. It's amazing how time flies when you are distracted. I attached our old Van DVD player to my treadmill, so I watched part of a movie while I worked out! I probably could have kept going even longer, but I have things to do around here, I'm not on The Biggest Looser and just get to workout all day long! OK gonna go get some stuff done since I'm so motivated.

I love using books, tv, movies, whatever it takes! to keep me going and distracted. Way to go, proud of you!!

    I am the same why when walking if I have my MP4 player. I listen to music and could just keep going.

    Woohoo!! I usually read while on the elliptical and if the book is good enough, I am not ready for my workout to end. Great job on finding a fun way to work out!
