It's only 11 days in to my healthy lifestyle change and the very first thing I've noticed? I sleep so well! I was only getting about 4 hours per night and the next day was miserable trying to stay awake but for the past 5 nights now, I've slept like a log! I love it.
Welp, that's the first difference of many more I am sure I will notice along the journey.
