Slow and steady... but maybe too slow

Bloggy blog blog...

It's been a month since I joined sparkpeople so I figured I should start to "blog" so that I can look back and see how far I have come.
My husband and I joind on January 10th, 2013 and my short term goal is to loose 15lbs by March 21st, 2013, here is how I am doing;

January 10, 2013 - 210lbs
January 16, 2013 - 209lbs
January 24, 2013 - 207lbs
January 31, 2013 - 204lbs
Febuary 7, 2013 - 203lbs

7lbs down is not too shabby, thoughwith all the walking I have been doing I though it would be a bit more. I would eventually like to weigh some where between 130lbs - 140lbs. I dont want to or need to be modle thin. I just want to be healthy for my family.

    You can do it and already on the right track with a safe weight loss. Keep going and never give up even wehn it looks like you have not lost anything. Remember to do measurements too cause some weeks it may not be pounds but inches.
