Slow and steady... but maybe too slow

Bloggy blog blog...

It's been a month since I joined sparkpeople so I figured I should start to "blog" so that I can look back and see how far I have come.
My husband and I joind on January 10th, 2013 and my short term goal is to loose 15lbs by March 21st, 2013, here is how I am doing;

January 10, 2013 - 210lbs
January 16, 2013 - 209lbs
January 24, 2013 - 207lbs
January 31, 2013 - 204lbs
Febuary 7, 2013 - 203lbs

7lbs down is not too shabby, thoughwith all the walking I have been doing I though it would be a bit more. I would eventually like to weigh some where between 130lbs - 140lbs. I dont want to or need to be modle thin. I just want to be healthy for my family.
