Ok, so Im back and better than ever. Ive adapted a new Lifestyle and have lost 20+ Lbs! Im excited and raring to go! Iam walking/running 4x wk as well as doing Zumba twice a week. I drink a Green smoothie full of green nutritional veggies everyday , sometimes twice!! Iam scheduled to run a 5k April13th and Im going to LOSE 75 Lbs THIS YEAR!!!! Yay Me!!!!! I want to thank Sparks people for always encouraging me no matter how many times i fall off, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!
