I have recommitted to weight watchers and with that I have changed my weight loss ticker to show my weight now (well last week when I started this) and a shorter term goal to break down my long term goal into more reasonable terms. It feels really good. Cleaner if you will. No more baggage of where I have been or where I want to be in what seems like a million years. I want to lose 36 pounds- I have already lost 4 so now it is 32 lbs. So doable!!!! I feel good where I am at but I am still in the obese range so I need to take some more weight off for my health alone never mind how I actually feel. Yesterday I carried in a 40 lb bag of wood pellets for our stove and it was heavy!!!! I realized that I have that much extra weight that I am carrying around. I will feel amazing when that is off.
Goals for this week_
Follow weight watchers points and track every single bite!!!
Make dinner each night
Eat at least 5 fruits and veggies every day
Try to eat more protein and good clean foods
Drink lots of water!
Monday Strength and Zumba- done!
Tuesday Zumba and Yoga- done
Wednesday Trinergy- done!
Thursday - off but maybe should reconsider going tonight since we are getting a big storm and I may not be able to go Saturday....hmmm must think on that today
Friday- STrength and zumba
Saturday- zumba (if open) if not shoveling or maybe even snowshoe
Sunday- snowshoe with puppies!
REward for completing week- use gift card for mani pedi
