Tool/Tip Thursday: Day 11

Wow, what a wasted day so far. I ended up staying up with my husband last night while he worked until 2 in the morning. Then I got up at 8 and ugh, my brain has just been stalled all day. I'm finally, at almost 3pm starting to properly wake up.
But not all was lost! I'm quite proud of what I did when I was digging in the fridge for lunch. At first I was going to make a chicken wrap but then realized if I did that I'd most likely have a coke with it. So I had a bowl of corn flakes. That way the temptation wouldn't be there anymore. I was quite pleased with myself.
So, my tool for today is Pinterest. I've already mentioned it before but now I've been using it a bit more. There are a ton of great images there for motivation. As well as workout ideas. And I'll be starting a goal board as well. There is also a food section but I avoid it as it mostly seems to be cakes and things that are really horrible for you. This is fantastic for me because I absolutely hate having paper all over the house. But I know the value of having visual inspiration. Do any of you use Pinterest?
