During this time I am to list what I want to look like ect.
I am going to admit that I have not met my goal weight yet..
However, I do believe that this time around will be different.
I am willing to put the exercise and all into practice this time.
(Mostly the portion control and putting an end to mindless eating!)
These are goals I would like to accomplish this time around:
What do you want to change?
Mind, body, soul,and spirit. I believe that the way one feels is important.
Will stop trying to add my poor self image(thoughts) into the way I act ect.
How do you want to look? Healthy and confident person who loves life.
I want to be able to shop and do things with family/friends without tiring.
(Or feeling the arthritis that I have in my joints.)
How do you want to feel? That I feel proud of myself and what I have accomplished. Also that I wouldn't be just trying to tie weight into all of it.
Being a 12 is a good size but the mental is most important now..
(Would also like to encourage others as they reach their goals this year).
What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body?
I will continue to exercise, eat healthier, and exercise.
I love Black Eyed Peas Dance DvD as well as the Wii.
Will be trying out Zumba and other things to keep from getting bored.
I would also like to thank all my friends and say that we can do it!
