So today was my last chance workout before tomorrows weighin. I did 45 minutes of zumba, 16 minutes of circuit training (lower body), 18 minutes of yoga and a cool down. I am hoping to get another 30 minutes in tonight if possible. Yesterday I participated in a 5 minute all out challenge where your run as fast as you can doing intervals for 5 minutes. I am happy to say I did 1 1/2 minutes at 6 MPH, 1 1/2 minutes at 5 mph and 2 minutes at 4 MPH. That may not seem like much to others but it was great for me the girl that 6 weeks ago had avoided working out for over 9 months.
I peaked on the scale this morning and it showed a loss but I do not want to saw hoping it will go down more and not up. My scale is so fical you never know what it is going to read from day to day.
This morning was a greek yogurt and a banana, Strawberries for snack, turkey sandwich for lunch, flounder with rice and bok choi for dinner and I think snack will be trail mix.
